Delete your account
Permanently remove your AI Shuffle connection-service account. You do not need the Android app or an online AI worker to do this.
What will be removed
- Your Shuffle profile and sign-in identity, trusted-device grants, pairing codes, and worker registrations.
- Hosted network membership, recovery information, and encrypted sync records held by this connection service.
- Managed remote-access tunnels and DNS entries associated with this account.
- AI Shuffle licenses bought or viewed while signed in to this account: any subscription is cancelled at once, the licenses are revoked (workers using them stop starting new agent runs when their current lease ends, within 14 days), and their worker records and your email are removed from the license server. Payment records stay with Stripe for accounting. Ask support about a refund of an unused period before you delete.
This is not a remote wipe. Files, conversations, credentials and cached copies on your own workers or devices, and data held by your chosen AI providers, are not deleted. Manage those separately. Your external Google or other identity-provider account is not deleted.
Before you continue
Export anything you need first. After confirmation, account access is revoked and deletion cannot be cancelled. Connected devices lose account-based remote access.
Cleanup starts immediately. If a connected service is unavailable, deletion stays pending and retries automatically. We show completion only after the linked identity, managed endpoints and active account records have been removed.
A limited deletion receipt and hashed identity marker remain for 24 hours after completion to prevent replay of old sign-in tokens. Operational rate-limit records expire separately. Provider-managed backups or security logs may persist under the providers’ retention policies; this flow does not claim to erase those instantly.
