AI Shuffle for Android

Join the Android beta.

Help get AI Shuffle onto Google Play. Testers get the app from the Play Store before everyone else, with automatic updates.

Three steps

  1. Join the tester group. Use the same Google account as the Play Store on your phone. Choose Join group; there is nothing to fill in.
    Join the tester group
  2. Opt in on Google Play. Open the testing page while signed in to that account and choose Become a tester. It can take a few minutes after joining the group for the button to appear.
    Become a tester
  3. Install it from Google Play. The testing page links to the Play Store listing. Install from there and keep the app installed so updates reach you.

The group is only the tester list. Members can’t post or see who else joined, and we don’t send mail to it except for the occasional test update.

Why we need testers

Google Play requires new developer accounts to run a closed test with at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 days before an app can be published to everyone. Keeping the app installed for those two weeks is the most useful thing you can do. Feedback is a welcome bonus.

The app connects to your own AI Shuffle worker, so you need a server, NAS or desktop install to use it. You can still try the sign-in and setup screens without one.

Leaving, feedback and help

To stop testing, choose Leave the program on the testing page and leave the group. Send feedback through the Play Store’s private feedback for testers, or email support@hobbycoders.com.

Prefer not to use Google Play? The APK is on the downloads page.
