Refund policy
Try AI Shuffle free for 14 days. If it isn’t for you after you pay, you get your first charge back.
Effective September 23, 2026
7-day refund on your first charge
Email support@hobbycoders.com within 7 days of your first successful charge, monthly or yearly, from the email address on your account. We refund that charge in full to the original payment method and end the paid license. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
After 7 days
Later charges and renewals are not refunded, and we don’t refund part of a period, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time; your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge.
AI provider charges
Your AI usage is billed by your AI provider, not by us, so we can’t refund it. Ask your provider about their charges.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. A chargeback ends the license it paid for.
